The Execution

The client’s search engine faced challenges with accuracy, failing to yield relevant results from user queries, which negatively affected the customer experience and conversion rates. There was a need to enhance the search experience using Natural Language Processing (NLP) on their existing Apache Solr system.​

ADA helped to integrate custom-built NLP modules to enhance the existing search framework on Apache Solr, improving search accuracy without replacing the current system. These modules were tailored to support nuanced, category-specific searches and correct query strings, optimizing the search function.​

The deployment of NLP modules on client’s search engine significantly enhanced user experience, leading to more accurate search results, better product visibility, and increased sales conversions.
